Purchasing
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping And Handling
Deliveries within the United States will be made by FedEx or USPS.

Distant selling regulations
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 working days from placement of the order.
Returning Goods
Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
· Customer must contact Goldanco LLC to obtain a returns authorisation number.
· Items must be returned in original packaging.
· Goods must be marked 'Returns' and must show the authorisation number.
· Goods lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage.
Product Descriptions
The products are only suitable for the uses described, any other use is the customers own responsibility. As part of our continuing programme of product development we reserve the right to improve and update products designs and colours.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and Goldanco LLC reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item.
